When in-demand aluminium furniture brand Fearon outgrew their in-house manufacturing capacity in 2019, they needed a partner who understood both craft and design intent.

Fearon wanted to transition from custom fabrication to scalable, small-batch production while maintaining Australian-made values, premium quality and design integrity. Our dual expertise as both manufacturer and furniture designer enabled seamless collaboration for current, custom and new product development. Working from hand sketches, our team translated Fearon’s vision into precision-manufactured pieces, producing favourites like the sculptural producing favourites like the sculptural Chub stool/side table amongst others.

This sustainable partnership keeps production local, maintains exacting standards, and allows Fearon to focus on design while we handle manufacturing complexity, including packaging and delivery as part of the service.
