Connecting Levels 2 and 3 of this completely new co-working development, we collaborated with architects Rothelowman to create a custom metal staircase and balustrade. From an initial sketch, we measured up, conceptualised a design which was reviewed and revised by the architect, built and installed to comply with standard ‘R126: Certificate of Compliance – Design’, with an engineering compliance certification supplied.

As part of this project, we also custom designed and built a fixed 3-metre outdoor bar in curved timber with porcelain top and beer taps.
